Valentine’s Day Pink Cupcakes/ Cupcake con crema rosa para San Valentin!

Ingredients

For cupcakes: 16 (2 1/2-inch) paper muffin-cup liners 2 cups cake flour (not self-rising) 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar 4 large eggs 1/4 cup whole milk 1 teaspoon vanilla

Frosting 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 1/4 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 drop red food coloring 3–4 cups confectioners' sugar


Ingredientes

16 (2 1/2-pulgadas) moldes de papel para cupcakes
2 tazas de harina (sin levadura)
1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
1/2 cucharadita de sal
2 barras (250gr) de mantequilla sin sal, suave
1 1/2 tazas de azúcar
4 huevos
1/4 taza leche
1 cucharada de vainilla

Para la crema:

1/2 taza mantequilla sin sal, suave
1/4 taza de leche
1 cucharada de vainilla
1 gota de colorante para alimentos color rojo
3 o 4 tazas de azúcar en polvo

Preparation/ Preparación:

Make cupcakes:
 Preheat oven to 350°F and line 16 (1/3-cup) muffin cups with paper muffin-cup liners.
Para los cupcakes:

Precalentar el horno a 350°F y colocar los 16 moldes de papel en una bandeja para hornear cupcakes.


Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat together butter and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition, and with mixer on low speed beat in milk and vanilla until just combined (batter will separate). Add flour mixture in 3 batches, beating until just combined after each addition.
En un envase colocar la harina, polvo de hornear y sal. Batir la mantequilla y la azúcar en un bowl grande con una batidora eléctrica. Añadir un huevo a la vez, batiendo bien después de cada adición, luego con la batidora a velocidad baja añadir la leche y la vainilla hasta que este bien mezclado. Añadir la harina en 3 partes, batiendo después de cada adición.


Divide batter among muffin cups and bake in middle of oven until a tester comes out clean, about 20 minutes. Cool cupcakes in pan on a rack 5 minutes and remove from pan. Makes 16 cupcakes.
Dividir la mezcla en los moldes de papel y hornear en el centro del horno por 20 minutos. Dejar enfriar por 5 minutos y retirar de la bandeja de hornear.
Salen 16 cupcakes.


For frosting: 
Place butter, milk, vanilla, food coloring, and 2 cups of the confectioners' sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Gradually add remaining sugar until light and fluffy. Ice tops of cupcakes with pink frosting. Serve on a beautiful tray and enjoy with your loved ones.
Para la crema:

Colocar mantequilla, leche, vainilla, colorante y 2 tazas de azúcar en polvo en un bowl. Batir a velocidad media hasta que este cremoso. Gradualmente añadir el resto de la azúcar hasta que este ligero y cremoso.

Untar la crema rosa sobre los cupcakes. Servir en una bella bandeja y disfruta con tus seres queridos!
